Cynthia M. Elliott was born to the late Edna Elliott and Frank Elliott Jr. on July 19, 1958. She was called home on October 29, 2024. Cynthia attended St. Vincent De Paul School, graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School, and furthered her education at Temple University.

Cynthia worked at GE Capital, Drexel College, and Human Good. She enjoyed shopping, cruising, family vacations, and telling jokes. Affectionately known as Cindy, she loved her family deeply and would do anything for them. She frequently took her nieces and nephews to her favorite destination, Disney World.

Cindy was preceded in death by her son, Steven Foy; her husband, Lawrence Aikens; her brother, Frank Elliott III; and her niece, Lisa Lassiter.

She is mourned by her father, Frank Elliott Jr., and her sisters and brothers-in-law: Sandra (Stephen), Gwendolyn (Vincent), Katherine (Christopher), and Beverly. Cindy also leaves behind her nieces and nephews: Leah (Mallory), David, Daniel, Christopher, Johnathon, Vincent Jr., Felicia, Elliott, and Lauren. Additionally, she is survived by her two grandsons, Kareem Foy and Steven Foy III, and her special friend, Wayne. A host also remembers her of aunts and uncles, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many family and friends.
