Frances Chew Life Story Frances Chew departed this life on November 17, 2024, at the age of 95 years old at her home in Philadelphia, PA. She was the second child of 14 siblings, 8 girls and 6 boys born to the late Harry and Alma Lee Wescott. Frances attended and graduated from the Philadelphia Public School System. She worked as a factory worker until she married William Chew and became a loving mother to her two daughters Jacquelyn and Sadina. Frances later met and fell in love with the late Alonzo Armstrong for more than 40 years. She attended Deliverance Evangelistic Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Smith. Everyone knew that her family and her grandkids were the light of her life. Frances was affectionately known and loved by "Miss Titty" everyone in the neighborhood knew and respected Miss Titty. She was cute and feisty little lady. If you knew Frances, you knew she loved her family, church, Jesus and her CHEWING GUM! One thing she was not going to do was her Sunday morning church worship service and she was "Sharp" She infatuated with fashion. Frances loved to watch Family Feud with her daughter Sadina while chewing her double mint gum until God sounded the alarm that her crown and white robe was ready. Frances will be truly missed but NEVER FORGOTTEN! Frances leaves to cherish: One daughter, Sadina Amos, two grand daughters Daveen Booker and Samera Bradshaw. Two grandsons Sean and Shariff and one great granddaughter, Nyelle. Two great grandsons Ronald and Ashton. Three great, great granddaughters Zaniyah, Rhyan and Mia. Two sisters Diane Patterson and Patricia Patterson. One brother John (Butch) Wescott and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.
