Life story Howard Cooper was born on October 8th 1952 to the late Bessie Torrance Cooper and James Cooper in Philadelphia Pennsylvania Cooper was a church going man and he was educated in a Philadelphia School district and he was an employee at a construction company he was famously known as( Butch or Coop) he grew up in South Philly then later moved to Southwest Philly. He loved his oldies, singing and dancing but he also loved being around his family and friends he also was a kind-hearted soul filled with selfless he loved bragging about his kids and grands and great grands Coop favorite passing time was taking one of his granddaughters Niya to the park, the arcade, horseback riding and teaching her how to ride a bike, skate and swimming and took her to her first school dance God has called Howard Cooper home on February the 14th 2023 he leaves behind a wife a daughter a son 9 grandchildren's eight great grands a host of sisters and brothers and nieces and nephews
