James Brown was born on July 18,1978 in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He was the second child to Elmer & Hazel Brown. James attended the Philadelphia public school system; graduating from William Penn High School. As a child his smile and contagious laughter could brighten anyone's day. James was a people's person, he got along well with everyone he came in contact with. James enjoyed riding his bike and working out at the gym. James was a great chef, he was passionate about food and cooking. He genuinely enjoyed preparing, cooking and serving special meals for his family and friends. James made his parents proud becoming a man whom they loved and respected. James and his brothers held a special bond ,affectionately known as the Brown Boys. The legacy of the Brown Boys will live on forever. James was a father of two beautiful daughters(Gianni & Jayla). He often referred to his granddaughter Ariyah as his princess, his heart the love of his life. On Thursday, January 20, 2022 , James entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior. He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his father Elmer Brown: his mother Hazel Brown: his two brothers David & Sean: his two daughters Gianni & Jayla: his granddaughter Ariyah : and a hosts of aunts,uncles,nieces,nephews, cousins and friends.
