Obituary

A person who reflected true, pure love has departed from our lives.

Lovingly called “Stan the man” transitioned at the tender age of 46

on Thursday 6/11/26. He was born in Philadelphia on 11/26/1979.

He attended Gratz High School and graduated in 2001.

Stanley was known for singing gospel with his mom Leona when she

was alive and since then, on occasions, sang with his sister phyllis

during their prayer line hour. He loved watching game show network,

gospel music and church services on television. Stanley also loved

dancing and going swimming at swimming events. His favorite toys

were a yellow school bus and cascades of red ballons. Red was his

favorite color. Stan the man was very kindhearted and loving to all

who he encountered. He will truly be missed.

Stan was proceeded in death by his father, Stanley Billy Senior, his

sister Genovia Horsey, lovingly known as Gee, and his mother Leona

Palmer Billy-El. He is survived by his sisters phyllis brabham ames-
