Walter Pennock., son of the late William Sr. and Annie  Pennock  quietly departed this life  while at home on Thursday April 27, 2023 .

Walter was born on October 19, 1954 in Philadelphia,  Pa.  He received his education through the Phila school system  graduating from Thomas Edison High school where he studied and discovered his love for auto mechanics.

Walter was very generous, with a kind and easy going  spirit. He would do whatever he could to help you out.

Walter aka MOTTO affectionately called by family and friends had a passion for fixing cars. He was the People's Mechanic, the true "MR. Fix It." No matter what time of day or night you called, he would come to your aid. Through rain or snow, from 0 -100 degrees, 24/7 365 days ,  shop never closed. No problem was too big or too much to handle like single handedly replacing an engine. His tool collection was massive like the junkyard of Sanford and Son. No matter what, he would get your wheels rolling again. Motto will be greatly missed , so in your own words "Let's have it, What time, How Long, Call it.

Walter leaves to cherish fond memories 3 children: Lisa, Derrick, Brandon (2)!estranged Christopher and Joshua. 6 grandchildren: Daryah, EnDia, Derrick, Aaliyah, Erynn  and Dallas , 2 great grandchildren: Axara and Adira, 1 brother William along with other family and friends.
