Jazz'a Cormeka Talisha Buckner was born on October3, 1992 to Tamika Ronyel Buckner and Corey Srgeorge.

On Saturday, May 1, 2021. God's angels took her home.

Jazz'a went to Public School in Philadelphia and later went to school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant although she wasn't able to complete her course she still became a Home Healthcare Worker.

Jazz'a Loved her family and although she didn't have any children of her own she played a huge roll as a mother to her younger siblings.

Jazz'a had a huge heart and was free spirited, she lived HER BEST LIFE HER WAY ON PURPOSE, PERIOD!!!

Jazz'a loved to dance, she didn't hold her tongue and she didn't take any mess especially when it came to her family "Mother".

Jazz'a leaves to mourn, her mother Tamika Buckner, her father Corey Srgeorge, her Grandfather Percy, four brothers Corey, Ronnie, Daryll Jr. and Yasir, three sisters Jabree's, Nadiyah, and Synayah, eight Aunts Sally, Charlen, Tanisha, Neechy, Dana, Deirdre, Melvina, Katosha,three Uncles Percy, Donnie, and Demetruis her cousins Rashonda, Carl Jr. Malik, Sheree, Gregory, Rhonda, Calvin, Jamal, James, Quiana, Rasheeda, Rasaun, Rasheen, Anea, Aniya, Neleh, Nevaeh, Chris, Nafis, Tiffany, Latrice, Ciera, Sharice, Shakeema, Chequanda, her nieces and nephews, Nashad, Kazyah,Khasair, Destiny, and Farrah. Her family that preceded her in death, Grandmothers Delores and Sincie, her Grandfather Robert, her nephew Kaisyn, And a host of close friends.
