Patricia Ann Scott, affectionately known as Patsy, was born to William S. Coleman and Madeline Patricia Paulk in Philadelphia on May 28th 1951. She was the oldest of their three children. She grew up in the North Philadelphia, East Falls and the Germantown sections of Philadelphia.
She was educated in the Philadelphia Catholic school system and attended Holy Cross elementary school, St Bridget's middle school and graduated from John W Hallahan Catholic Girls High school in 1971. After graduation she worked as a social worker for the State Department of Public Welfare and retired after 42 years.
She met Thomas H Scott Jr on her way home from work in germantown. He was working as a postal police officer on duty to find her. They later married and had 4 beautiful children. Pamela Teresa Scott (predeceased), Thomas Harrison Scott 3rd, Anthony Patrick Scott and Pamela Teresa Scott. They were married for 51 years.
She was born and baptized in the Catholic church and attended Mass for many years. Later in life, she met some members of True Worship Church and fell in love and became a faithful member.
She was known for loving to take walks, play lottery, bingo and taking trips to Atlantic City. She loved the walks on the boardwalks and the casino buffets. She loved to dance and sing.
Patricia was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Her family loved her tremendously and she loved them as well.
Greeting her in heaven are her parents William and Patricia, her daughter Pamela,
her sibling Samuel (Tony), and her grandson Cameron.
Her legacy will live on through her husband Thomas Jr, her children Thomas the 3rd, Anthony, Pamela. Her grandchildren Christopher, Angel, Thomas the 4th, Sherita, Raelynn, great grandchildren Zelyna, Rayne and Kairi.
Her Brother William Coleman the 3rd, In-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
