Riconia aka “Booh” Tomia Drayton, 49 years old, passed away Sunday February 27, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of Deborah Rogers and Edgar Solo Parker.
Booh was married to Bomahni McNeil and had two children, Rico and Ijah, who she adored.
Booh was an independent, strong willed and carefree spirit that lived life on her terms. Her grandchildren were her greatest joy and next was her job at Famous 4th Street Cookie Company, where she was so loved. When not working, Booh enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her family. She never missed a family gathering and had special relationships with each of her nieces and nephews. Booh was a loner, but at the same time, touched so many people. She was the fighter in the family, and she fought until the very end her way.
Booh is survived by her two children, Rico Drayton and Ijah Ortiz (Isaiah); her grandchildren, Lanesha, Sydir and Messiah; her siblings, Ed Drayton (Denise), Eviedia Quinn (Joe), Larry Drayton (Christina), Rico Parker, Anna Cooper, and Tammie Winbush; her mother, Deborah Rogers; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Booh is preceded in death by her father, Edgar Solo Parker and her husband, Bomahni McNeil.
