Shauntare attended school at Sunshine Elementary
She also attended Quest School for Disabled Kids, and graduated IN 2010 with HONORS . She later attended Xpress Center for Adults with Disabilities.
Shauntare departed this life, Saturday Jan 7,2023. Her loving Memory will be cherished by her mother Phyllis Govan of Philadelphia
Larry Guyton of Georgia, Brothers Raymond Frazier of Sebring Florida, Patrick Roberts of Philadelphia Two loving aunts Helen Allen (Willie) of Philadelphia and Regina Mcmorrin of Georgia.
Two loving uncles Tommy Govan of Hallandale, FI and Glover Smoke of Philadelphia. She also leaves to mourn a host of Nieces and Nephews and a host of cousins. A loving God sister Terry Brown of New York. Also a loving caregiver Cassandra nesmith
Now Shauntrae will be home in heaven with her grandparents Eula Smoke, Tommy Govan and Carolyn Guyton
